Everyone (individuals and teams) who wants to make a step in his / their development, who wants to go for his ambition and dream, and does not want to be held back by any restricting conviction whatsoever. Everyone who wants to walk the talk and wants to work on (self)confidence, cooperation and their own success.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Coaching at Lifestyle Adventures is a practical, solution-oriented, structured and goal-oriented process, in which the coaches of Lifestyle Adventures interactively stimulate the coached to effective and sustainable behavior.

 

The coach focuses on increasing self-confidence, awareness and (developing and applying) personal growth. The coachee will immediately start with a concrete question and practical and effective 'tools' that he or she can immediately apply in daily practice. Within 6 to 7 meetings, change and result are clear and permanently visible.

TEAM COACHING
 
Coaching teams is a specialist field. In addition to personal issues, in teams there are often issues between
team members which are not always directly visible. There are several relationships and different phases of development and demands in a team.
 
During the team coaching various themes are discussed: phase of (team) development, ambitions and expectations about cooperation, autonomy and relationship, qualities and competences and possible obstructive convictions (resistance, conflict, transfer, etc.) that affect the functioning of the team member or the team.

RESULTAAT

Er vindt eerst een gratis intake plaats om kennis te maken en te inventariseren of wij wat kunnen betekenen in de coachvraag. De coaching bestaat uit 6 of 7 bijeenkomsten van 1 tot 1,5 uur met tussendoor opdrachten die zelfstandig worden gedaan.
